The pilot pays homage to Action Comics; #1 (Superman’s debut) by introducing the hero’s original Golden Age costume in live action for the first time. The cover also features the iconic green car.

Superman walks past the WB logo and transforms into the DC Comics logo. Both logos are red and blue and are located on the Kent farm. .

Superman & Lois is the best DC show on the CW outside of Arrow. Tyler Hoechlin is much better than I expected as Superman and Clark Kent. They probably could have cast a better Lois though, Elizabeth Tulloch just isn’t a good Lois Lane and for some reason looks much older than her age.
It’s a different Superman show than any other that’s ever been made
It focuses more on his family and his personal life than ever before. I didn’t think I’d like this part of the show as much as I did, but I did, it makes it very interesting and of course all the scenes with him as Superman are amazing. It’s cinematic.
