Indescribable Character: Where do you worship?
Dwight “The General” Manfredi: I really don’t go to church. The opening credits sequence shows various photographic and painted vistas and landmarks of Oklahoma superimposed on the New York City landscape: A statue of Sioux Indian chief “Touch the Clouds”; wearing a war bonnet and bone necklace (breastplate), mounted on the Brooklyn Bridge.

I’ve always liked Stallone over the years, yes he’s addicted to sequels but has made some really entertaining movies that also have a few classics along the way. “Tulsa King” might very well be his best work from an acting perspective as he just nails the role of a mafia capo.
It’s fun to watch, worth a look
The series itself has an interesting story, it’s well written and takes full advantage of the humor of a New York gangster in Tulsa, Oklahoma without getting silly at all, with a healthy dose of violence, good writing and dialogue and a great cast of supporting actors and characters and they’ve got a winner.
